CXR1000 series small office phone lets offices of up to 30 users and 55 concurrent calls (in SIP only configurations).
Based on CompletePBX operating system it provides advanced features such as unlimited auto-attendant, voicemail to email and queues all with simple web based management, this can provide a small business with professional telephony management for an affordable cost.
In comparison with the Spark series, CXR1000 series provides higher speed network connection and Rapid Recovery disaster recovery technology. It also offers twice the disk space which provides significantly more space for recorded calls.

CXR2000 series is designed to support up to 200 users and up to 85 concurrent calls in normal office setup (for call centers see CXR3000 series and higher).
CXR2000 IP phones system provides all advanced features of CompletePBX operating system, including unlimited auto attendant, voice mail to email, fax to email and web to fax, call recording and more. It supports traditional telephony standards (lines and phones).

CXE2000 series is designed to support up to 200 users and up to 85 concurrent calls in normal office setup (for call centers see CXR3000 series and higher).  

Like the CXR2000 series it provides all CompletePBX operating system features including unlimited auto attendant, voice mail to email, fax to email and web to fax, call recording and more, and also supports traditional telephony standards (lines and phones).

In comparison with CXR2000 series, the CXE2000 series comes with more internal redundancy and robust hardware including:  RAID1 (dual redundant hard disk drive), internal backup and restore (hard drive independent), two 1GB ethernet ports and more:

IP-PBX (Private Branch Exchange) failover system, up to 200 users

The TwinStar Plus CTS2000 is comprised of two CXE2000 module-less VoIP servers. CTS2000 is a stand-alone, pre-configured, out-of-the-box IP-PBX failover solution featuring Xorcom’s CompletePBX distributionin a two 19″ 2U chassis. Digital PRI and BRI ISDN and PSTN/analog phone ports can be supported by connecting external Astribank units via the USB2 ports, for a total of up to 160 PSTN / Analog phones ports, up to 200 users and up to 85 concurrent calls (SIP only); 45 for PRI / FXS.

The robust CTS2000 comes standard with a RAID1 Support, redundant fans for cooling, internal backup and restore, front panel USB access, and two Ethernet ports to allow separation of IP voice and data traffic for improved voice quality and increased throughput.

A multi-function LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) on the CTS2000 allows the system administrator to perform several of the most common functions directly on the front panel of the IP-PBX without having to attach a keyboard and monitor. The touch panel uses a text-based menu tree to facilitate monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of the entire telephony system.

Also available with the CTS2000 is the Rapid Recovery – Backup Utility, provided on Disk-on-Key.
